All Regular Thespian Meetings are at lunch on Tuesdays and Fridays 

August

       •  Wed. 8/19- Fall mainstage play info meeting- 3:15-4

       • Wed. 8/26- Fall mainstage play auditions- 3:15-5

       • Thurs. 8/27- Fall mainstage play call back auditions- 3:15-5

       •  Mon. 8/31- Fall mainstage rehearsals start- all Mondays, Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays from 3:15-5:30 and continue until performance

September

• • 1. • Mon. 9/7- Labor day- no school

       • Thurs. 9/17 & Fri. 9/18- Colorado Thespian Educators Conference- no mainstage rehearsal Thursday

October

• •  Thurs.-Sat. 10/9 – 10/10- All State Choir auditions

  • Wed. 10/7- Choir concert @ 7 pm

  • Thurs. 10/8- Band concert @ 6 pm and end of quarter 1

  • Fri. 10/9- Teacher work day

  •  Mon. 10/12- Fall mainstage play set starts going up on stage

  • Tues.- Thurs. 10/13-10/15- evening parent teacher conferences with mainstage play rehearsal needing to be embedded

  • Fri. 10/16- Parent teacher conferences- no students

  •  Mon. 10/19 to Friday 10/23- Fall break for students

  • Sat. 10/31- D11 Honor Choir Performance?

November

• •  Week of 11/2- tech week for fall mainstage play- Monday through Friday- 3:15- 7 pm

  •  Sat. 11/7- Saturday Tech Rehearsal- 11-6 PM

  •  Mon. 11/9- Professional development (no students) & Fall mainstage dress rehearsal- 3:15-7:30 PM

  • Tues. 11/10- Staff and theatre student audience for fall play soft open- 3:15-7:30 PM

  • Wed. 11/11- Fall matinee day with  middle schools

  • Thurs. 11/12- Fall mainstage play public performance at 7 PM

  • Fri. 11/13- Fall mainstage play public performance at 7 PM

  • Sat. 11/14- Fall mainstage play public performance at 2 PM

  •  Mon. 11/16- Continue strike the set during school day and 3:10-6 PM

  •  Week of 11/23- Thanksgiving break

December

  • Wed. & Thurs. 12/2 & 12/3 - Spring musical dance workshop @ 3:15-5

  • Thursday 12/3—Unified Theatre Performance 2:10pm

  • Friday, 12/4 -ThesCon Performance night @ 6 PM

  • Tues. 12/8- Band concert @ 6 PM (TBD-may move to Wed/Thurs)

  • Thurs. 12/10 through Sat. 12/12- Colorado’s Thespian Conference- ThesCon!

  • Fri. 2/5- Pikes Peak One Act festival at Pikes Peak State

  • Mon. 2/8- spring musical set starts going up

  • Thurs. 2/11- Sat. 2/13-  All State Choir Out

  • Mon. 2/15- Presidents’ Day- no school

  • Tues. 2/16- PD day- (no musical rehearsal after school)

  • Thurs. 2/25- Sat. 2/27-  Western Choir Out

March

• • Week of 3/1- week tech rehearsals for spring musical- Monday through Thursday- 3:15 – 7:30 PM

  • Sat. 3/6- Saturday rehearsal- 11 to 6 PM

  • Mon. 3/8- Spring musical dress rehearsal- 3:15 to 7:30

  • Tues. 3/9- Staff & student soft start @ 4:30

  • Wed. 3/10- School matinee

April

• • Tuesday, 4/13 through Thursday, 4/15- State Testing (PSAT, SAT, & CMAS)

  • Wed. 4/21- Dress rehearsal for children’s show during class and public performance at 6 pm

  • Thurs. 4/22- Children’s Show (Drama 4-6) Traveling matinees with elementary schools during the school day

  • Fri. 4/23- Advanced acting dress rehearsal during 5th block

  • Mon. 4/26 to Tues. 4/27- Tech rehearsal for Student Directed One Acts 3:30-5:30

  • Tues. 4/27- Advanced acting dress rehearsal and traveling matinee day for middle schools

  • Tuesday 4/27--UNIFIED THEATRE Performance @ 2:10

  • Wed. 4/28- Advanced Acting & Student Directed One Act performance @ 6 PM

  • Thursday. 4/29- PD day, no students

  • Fri. 4/30- Parent teacher conferences, no students

May
